You can think your way through almost anything. Except this.

Why therapy might be the next smart move

Somatic therapy works with that part of the story: your body's stress response, not just your thoughts about it. It doesn't replace talk therapy. It adds what talking alone can miss. It's a strategic investment in how you work, rest, and live.

Somatic Therapy in Miami & Across FL

Somatic-informed therapy with me is built for Florida professionals whose bodies are carrying what their calendars won't let them feel.

Maybe it's the tight chest before a big meeting. The stomach that knots on Sunday night. Sleep that never feels like rest. The sense that you're always bracing for something.

In our 50-minute virtual sessions, we'll notice what your body is doing, learn practical ways to settle it, and connect those patterns to your history and your habits. Then we'll build the tools into your real days.

FAQs

Do you offer remote/online sessions?

I am 100% virtual.

Does somatic therapy work online?

Yes. Much of it is about noticing, grounding, and regulating, and that translates well to video.

What is somatic therapy?

Somatic therapy pays attention to the body, including physical sensations, breath, tension, and nervous-system responses, alongside thoughts and emotions. Instead of only talking about stress, we notice how it shows up in your body and work with it directly.

What is your fee?

My rate for an individual session is $250. Limited sliding-scale availability by request.

How long is each therapy session?

50 minutes.

What doe somatic work look like?

Noticing where stress lives in your body, whether that's your chest, jaw, gut, or shoulders. Grounding and breath tools you can use in the middle of a workday. Slowing the always-on response so that rest actually registers. Working with difficult experiences at a pace you control. Connecting what you feel to what you need, so your decisions use more than your head

Take the next step toward a life that feels as good as it looks.
